A Municipal Clearance Certificate will be required by the Deeds Office from your Transferring Attorney in order to transfer a property.

If your property is in Ekurhuleni, City of Johannesburg or City of Tshwane, and you are TRANSFERRING your property;

• Please ask your Transferring Attorney for a copy of the "Municipal Clearance Figures" which they have applied for on your behalf and send it to us for a FREE inspection/examination, so that we may advise you accordingly;
